BPCL SmartFleet needed to communicate a complex B2B value proposition fuel management, control, and efficiency. to a fragmented, multilingual transport ecosystem. The challenge was to simplify the promise while making it culturally relatable.

We conceptualised and executed the “Guddu Bhaiya” campaign, using a recognisable character to humanise SmartFleet’s benefits. The campaign was rolled out across regions in multiple languages, supported by digital, print and outdoor formats, ensuring consistency while allowing local relevance.

Outcomes

SmartFleet’s proposition became instantly recognisable and easier to understand, driving stronger recall, wider acceptance across regions, and reinforcing BPCL’s leadership in fleet solutions.
